User Accounts and Registration

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERKBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PERKBOOK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PerkBook from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your access to the Service if you:

  • Fail to pay required fees
  • Engage in prohibited or harmful activities
  • Pose a security risk to our systems or other users

Effect of Termination
